FYI – The US DOL Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) posted the 2017 Employer-Reported Workplace Injuries and Illnesses news release:
Employer-reported injury and illness rate declined to 2.8 cases per 100 workers in 2017
"About 2.8 million nonfatal workplace injuries and illnesses were reported by private industry employers in 2017, occurring at a rate of 2.8 cases per 100 full-time workers. Both the number of injuries and illnesses and the rate of these cases declined from https://www.bls.gov/news.release/osh.nr0.htm2016."
