"As we recognize National Whistleblower Appreciation Day on July 30, we celebrate all of the brave workers who speak out against unsafe or unfair working conditions. OSHA has made some changes to the www.whistleblowers.gov website to promote National Whistleblower Day and provide a user-friendly, one-stop-shop resource guide for the public to find and learn about all anti-retaliation, anti-discrimination services that the Department of Labor administers. Information is provided by subject matter (employee safety, mine hazards, minimum wage, military status and obligations, etc.), as well as by agency (OSHA, MSHA, WHD, OFCCP, VETS), with links to each agency’s own webpages.
