FYI – OSHA recently stated uploading the citation text for all federal violations to the OSHA webpage. Now the public can see the specific citation language for each violation online (going back to 2012 OSHA inspections) in addition to the OSHA standard number and paragraph. Use OSHA’s Establishment Search to search for an OSHA enforcement inspection by the name of the site’s company (establishment). Link provided below.
Once you open a specific inspection, you can scroll down to the Violation Items and click on the individual Citation ID to read the citation text.
