• Motion to start meeting made on May 23, 2016 at 03:00 by Joe Whalen

• Motion to start meeting seconded by Paul Kniskern

• Motion to accept the Secretaries notes from August 2015 meeting was made by Brian Bennet.

• Meeting records posted to the Region II website.

• Motion to accept the Secretaries report was seconded by Joe Whalen.

• Motion to accept the Treasures report by Kevin Mihalenko

• Motion to accept the Treasures report seconded by Paul Kniskern

• Chairman identified labor report by Dale Long

• Seconded by Kevin O'Brien

• Motion to accept the mentoring committee report was made by Joe Whalen

• Motion to accept the mentoring committee report was seconded by Dale Long

• AED committee report was made by the Brenda Wiederkehr.  

• Motion to accept the AED committee report by William DePuy

• Motion to accept the AED committee report was seconded by Joe Whalen

• The Chairman turned over the meeting to Vice Chairman - Dale Long

• Vice-Chairman identified the steering committee for elections

• The Vice-Chairman announced there was only one candidate for the Chairman position. One vote was cast for Brenda Wiederkehr for Chairman by the Secretary - Robert Brynes

• The Vice-Chairman announced there was only one candidate for the Treasurer position. One vote was cast for Kevin O’Brien for Treasurer by the Secretary - Robert Brynes 

• The Vice-Chairman announced there were two Director at large positions and only two candidates, Paul Kniskern and Kevin Mihalenko.

• One vote was cast for Paul Kniskern for Director at Large by the Secretary - Robert Brynes.

• One vote was cast for Kevin Mihalenko for Director at Large by the Secretary - Robert Brynes.
