Listed below are upcoming SGE opportunities that are currently open in OSHA Region 2. If you are available to participate on any of these VPP evaluation teams, please reply directly to Greta Olsson at olsson.greta@dol.gov via e-mail. Please obtain permission to participate from your supervisor before volunteering for a SGE assignment.

• Valtris Specialty Chemicals, Bridgeport, NJ – Need one SGE - Dates:  June 10 – 14, 2024

• Energy Services Group, Dover, NJ – Need two SGEs – Dates: July 22 – 26, 2024

• Covanta Onondaga L.P., Jamesville, NY – Need two SGEs – Dates: August 12 - 16, 2024

• DA Collins Wilton Shop, Wilton, NY – Need two SGEs – Dates: September 16 – 20, 2024

NOTE: The pandemic conditions in Region 2 have improved and we have resumed full VPP evaluations onsite (including SGEs onsite with OSHA personnel), so there are now many opportunities to complete a SGE-qualifying activity. Thank you for your service as Special Government Employees.
