CSB Video: Blowout in Oklahoma

"Today the US Chemical Safety Board (CSB) published a video for the onshore drilling industry detailing lessons learned from the January 22, 2018, blowout and fire at the Pryor Trust gas well in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, that fatally injured five workers. Some of the lessons learned (like bypassed alarms) are universal. You may find the video useful during safety training at your site.
