    2021 Injury and Illness Data Reporting Deadline

    Yesterday, #OSHA issued a news release reminding specific employers to submit required 2021 injury and illness data by March 2, 2022. Electronic submissions are required by establishments with 250 or more employees currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, and establishments with 20-249 employees classified in specific industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses.     US DOL announces enhanced, expanded measures to protect workers from hazards of extreme heat...

    ICYMI: #OSHA's new enforcement initiative aims to protect workers from both indoor and outdoor heat. On days with a heat index of 80°F or higher, OSHA staff will prioritize heat-related interventions and inspections of work activities.
