Black & Veatch VPP Ceremony

On Tuesday May 7, 2024, OSHA Regional Administrator Richard Mendelson and OSHA Area Director Lisa Levy recognized Black & Veatch during a VPP Star award ceremony at the company’s office in Paramus, New Jersey. Black & Veatch has been approved as a VPP Star Mobile Workforce in the Region II (New York and New Jersey) Designated Geographical Area. Black & Veatch mobile workforce’s projects involve telecommunication infrastructure development and upgrades. The projects include installation of telecommunication equipment, site acquisition, engineering, permitting, telecommunication tower installation, and new site development.

Black & Veatch joins less than 2,000 elite workplaces in the United States and its territories that have worked together in partnership with OSHA to achieve excellence in workplace safety and health performance.
