Post the 2021 OSHA 300A Summary by February 1st!
Reminder - If your site is required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, you must post the OSHA 300-A Summary of Work-related Injuries and Illnesses from February 1 through April 30 at your establishment in a conspicuous place where notices to employees are customarily posted.
