"On March 21, an hour-long webinar on the National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction will showcase plans for the 2018 event. Representatives from OSHA, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, and CPWR—The Center for Construction Research and Training will participate. Falls are the leading cause of construction fatalities, accounting for one-third of on-the-job injuries and deaths in the industry. This year's Stand-Down is scheduled for May 7-11."
