"The OSHA National Office has released the online 2022 VPP Self-evaluation instructions (DOCX file below.)
The online submission deadline is Saturday April 15, 2023. Here is the direct link to the new online system: https://portal.osha.gov/vpp/faces/loginPage
You will need your site’s unique VPP Automated Data System (VADS) number to self-register in the new online system. Later today, I will start emailing each VPP Site Contact your site’s name, VADS number, and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number ( https://www.census.gov/naics/ ). I will start alphabetically by company name and send them all ASAP.
The 2021 BLS injury data is attached for your reference here.
You will need to enter the BLS averages for your specific NAICS code to complete the injury rate comparisons. The NAICS codes are listed in Column B, and the corresponding TCIR and DART rates are listed in Columns C and D.
Every VPP site should be completing Sections A, B, C, D, F, G, H, and I of the VPP Self-evaluation. Section E is only applicable to sites in a VPP Merit status. You can attach a document file to your submission if necessary.
