Prevention through Design - One Day conference - September 27th!
Reminder-happening this Friday!
TJ Lyons has shared this event (his message below), which may be of interest to you.
"Based in NYC, it will be a great event. The goal is to share some great lessons gathered over the years to further expand this avenue of risk elimination.
Many of those sharing what they know, were at the original Washington DC PtD summit hosted by NIOSH in 2011. Other speakers include Chris Golden now with Skanska. He is a leader in taking PtD to the field. An experts expert. Jonathan Bach who heads the PtD effort at NIOSH will be speaking on the current state of National PtD efforts and getting the practice into our colleges and universities. Mike Toole from the University of Toledo who I consider one of the top two US experts in PtD will prove why PtD makes business sense. And Donna Heidel CIH who was one of the early pioneers at NIOSH who brought PtD to light here the US.
Hoping you can help get the idea of PtD spread a little further. By design…we can help save the lives of sons and daughters we will never meet. That’s pretty cool."
