The OSHA Workgroup has been working with a Compliance Assistance Specialist from OSHA Region 2 over the past two years to develop useful updates for farms. The OSHA Dairy LEP in New York state will continue in 2022. Winter is a great time to review and update our individual farm safety programs. This year’s OSHA update will feature both reminders and a guest speaker secured by OSHA to highlight the importance of your Hazard Communication Program. We encourage farm owners and managers to participate in this valuable overview on the OSHA Hazard Communication regulation along with important reminders about other farm safety topics.
