FYI - This month’s CCPS Process Safety Beacon can be utilized as a safety message topic next week on Friday, January 27th, the fiftieth anniversary of the NASA Apollo 1 tragedy. On January 27, 1967, a fire killed all three crew members (Virgil "Gus" Grissom, Edward White, and Roger Chaffee) in the command module (CM) of the Apollo 1 space capsule during a test while on the launch pad.
