"As our nation observes Veterans Day, we honor the service and sacrifice of America’s veterans. Through their military service, veterans develop leadership qualities, technical expertise, and proven problem-solving capabilities – among other attributes. Put differently, veterans have many of the skills that employers want.
On November 9th, the Department of Labor announced the HIRE Vets Medallion Program, which will recognize job creators that recruit and retain America’s veterans. The Final Rule announced by the Secretary on November 9, 2017 is available for viewing on the Federal Register website.
